We’ve got a fantastic opportunity for an experienced operations coordinator looking to take the next step in their career at one of the oldest private equity firms in the world. This impressive company is looking for an operations coordinator to support the London office and provide administrative support to the Senior Manager of Operations and Human Resources.
**QUALIFICATIONS**:
- Excellent verbal and communication skills with the ability to communicate clearly and effectively
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a dynamic, deadline-driven environment
- Work cooperatively with those at all levels to deliver results
- Take ownership and use creativity to accomplish assigned tasks
**THE ROLE**:
- Act as a point of contact with external facilities maintenance company, building engineers, cleaning company, office plants supplier, and building security team
- Keep aware of office items that need repair and arrange maintenance visits
- Attend quarterly building tenant meetings
- Assist senior manager in planning office events
- Manage invoices and accounts payable
- Support compliance team with compliance
- Manage daily lunch orders
- Order office and administrative supplies
