The Teamwear Production Operative will play an integral role within the team, we want someone to continue the great work we do but also make their mark on the role, the department and the business as a whole.

The main duties of this role are to work the team to ensure all tasks are planned, executed and completed to the highest standard. We believe the embellishment can make or break a kit, its so important to us that our printing, embroidery and sublimation standards are the best in the market. We need you to share this belief and play your part in continuing to help drive these standards.

This role plays an integral part in the day-to-day performance of the business, therefore, we think the package, including career enhancement opportunities, on offer is highly competitive. **Duties**:

- Perform various tasks in a warehouse setting to support production operations
- Carry out the preparation of embellishments for customer orders
- Process inbound deliveries of goods
- Operating production equipment such as heat presses and sublimation machinery in a safe and efficient manner
- Assist customers with a range of enquiries, providing excellent customer service
- Follow safety guidelines and maintain a clean and organized work area
- Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines

**Required Skills/Experience**:

- Previous experience in garment embelishment and/or the teamwear industry is desirable, however not essential as full training will be given
- Ability to follow instructions and work independently or as part of a team
- Strong attention to detail and quality control
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- The ability to provide excellent customer service
- A keen eye for detail with the ability to uphold high standards of production
