The role of Informations Communications Technology - Support Analyst Lead role is a hybrid position offering flexible working hoursand an outstanding benefits package.** The purpose of the ICT Support Analyst is to: " To provide technical support, ensuring that internal and external service levels are met. " Project Management of IT related projects " Provide training to staff on software used within the organisation " Support delivery of the ICT and related strategies " To work flexibly as part of a small IT team, to provide a comprehensive IT service to staff across the organisation, providing cover and assistance to other members of the team as required. **Excellent Working Knowledge of the following** " Cyber Security " Virtualisation Technologies " Microsoft Server operating systems 2012 R2 and above. Including set up, configuration and support " Active Directory and Group Policy " Anti-Virus " Backup / Replication technologies such as Veeam " MS Exchange 2016 / 365 " MS Office 2016 / 365 " MS SharePoint 365 " Desktop PC's and operating systems, Windows 10 " Skype for Business / MS Teams " IP Telephony systems Experience in the support of IT systems. Project Management of IT related projects Provide training to staff on software used within the organisation Trouble shooting technical issues and faults working through to resolution. Experience multi-tasking, assessing, planning and managing priorities and time Very Strong all round technical Competence Exceptional organisational and communication skills Proactive and Innovative problem solver Able to maintain confidentiality and act with discretion and diplomacy. Ability to develop and maintain excellent working relationships Commitment to working in line with the Public Sector Values
