Senior Business Change and Transformation Consultant

**Senior Business Change and Transformation Consultant - Permanent - £70k - Hybrid working - London**

Illuminet are currently working with one of Europe’s leading independent, partner led technology services and business consulting organisation and a highly regarded strategic partner for our clients. They are currently looking for an experienced Senior BusinessChange and Transformation Consultant to join our busy Operations team.

The role will involve leading change management activities within client projects, working with the client’s teams to embed change and ensure long term project transformation success. An example role within an upcoming client project is detailed below byway of illustration:

- Leading transformation programme change management activities for a UK retailer who is implementing a new Warehouse Management System across four sites.
- Implement effective stakeholder analysis and management strategies.
- Assess the impact of the system upgrade across key Supply Chain and Business functions and tailor the change strategy and plan for the individual sites and cultures, including in-house and 3PL operations.
- Define the communication strategy and develop comms plans to support the design and delivery of regular communications.
- Manage training activities ranging from identifying training goals, target end user profiles, performing training needs analysis, identify learning objectives, designing training materials, producing training plans and measuring the effectiveness of deliveredtraining.
- You will capitalise on innovative change management tools to help foster adoption with a specific focus on front-line staff end-user adoption.

**Requirements**:

- You will have project management and transformation experience with expertise in change management and training, ideally within consulting and/or a logistics and supply chain organization.
- You understand supply chain technology transformation (Warehouse Management Systems, Warehouse Control Systems, Transport Management Systems and/or Order Management Systems).
- You are passionate about technology and how it is used to facilitate supply chain excellence and engage front-line staff.
- You are a team player who enjoys working collaboratively with people from different backgrounds and areas of expertise.
- You will have an established track record in supporting the delivery of successful transformation programmes.
- You will be someone who takes pride in their work, has an innate curiosity and strong customer service ethos.
- You continuously strive to develop yourself and support the development of others by sharing knowledge and experience.
- Your enthusiasm is complimented by emotional intelligence, resilience and determination to realise your goals.
- You will be resilient and adaptable to changing situations, and unfazed by the variety and scope of work involved in successfully embedding change.
- Ideally you will have a background or experience in consumer goods and retail.
