**SEN Teaching Assistant | Croydon| £80 - £90 per day**

- Teaching Personnel are looking for an SEN teaching assistant to work at a friendly and welcoming Primary school in the Croydon area. Largely, this role will involve supporting a child with autism. This will be a long-term role with an immediate start andlasting until the end of the academic year._

As a SEN teaching assistant, your role will involve:

- Building a positive working relationship with the student/s
- Adapting lesson plans to suit needs of the student, including the use of multi-sensory strategies
- Managing student behaviour, ensuring the classroom environment is safe and supportive of learning, and reporting to parents and other staff members when necessary
- When needed, support the class teacher in the deliverance of lessons

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
