We’re looking for a Personal Assistant to provide efficient, effective, and proactive support to our two HR Strategic Leaders in HR Operations and Communications.
As our new Personal Assistant, you’ll be responsible for a host of actions, including diary management, monitoring mailboxes, preparing content for meetings, minute taking, providing admin support to the Strategic Leaders, and engaging with various stakeholders across the business and externally.
Coming from a similar role, you’ll be someone with integrity and curiosity, who can hit the ground running, has excellent organisation and time management skills, and can effectively communicate with the stakeholders you engage with.

Your key accountabilities in helping us will be:
- Fully effective diary management, proactively reviewing and updating diary commitments, handling conflicts and prioritising actions as necessary
- Organise appointments, meetings, and travel
- Monitor mailboxes, promptly replying to enquiries and forwarding necessary communication to individuals
- Prepare papers, presentations, and PR material in advance of meetings
- Finance support when required, including raising purchase orders
- Effectively communicate and engage with the wider Human Resources team and our external partners, providing administrative support where needed
