Maintenance Team Leader

My client is currently looking to recruit an experienced Maintenance Team Leader to join their site on the outskirts of Glasgow. You will be working with a successful manufacturer, that have a culture on site that is results-driven with a strong focus oncontinuous improvement. The company is well established, financial stable and have earned a reputation as an excellent employer.
Main Duties and Responsibilities:
- Perform equipment repair, in a timely and cost effective manner
- Complete Equipment Preventative Maintenance on time
- Ensure adherence to Quality Systems such as adherence to ISO and TS Systems at all times
- Support the production department where required
- Improve internal and external customer related KPI's
- Adhere to and ensure safe working practices at all times
- Ensure housekeeping is in good order and 5s standards are followed consistently
- Advise production to stop in the event of serious Health & Safety or Technical issues
Essential criteria:
- Qualifications: 17th or 18th Edition and Level 3 NVQ
- Minimum of 4 years electrical and mechanical experience
- Previous experience of working in a manufacturing environment
Shift Pattern:
Day, back and night shift (rotating over 3 weeks)
