We are seeking an experienced employee-centred strategic Head of Human Resources to lead our HR initiatives and drive organisational success.

Experience within high-growth entrepreneurial or private equity-backed businesses will be beneficial to kick-start your Fuel journey.

The Head of Human Resources will play a key role in aligning HR, people and culture practices with business objectives and ensuring compliance with employment laws and regulations.

**Your role will include**:

- Develop and implement people strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
- Manage the recruitment and selection process, ensuring the company attracts and retains top talent.
- Develop and implement employee training and development programmes to enhance skills and performance.
- Manage employee relations, including conflict resolution, grievances, and disciplinary actions.
- Ensure compliance with labour laws and regulations, and maintain accurate employee records.

**KPIs**:

- Time-to-fill open positions.
- Employee turnover rate (voluntary and involuntary).
- Employee engagement score.
- Training completion rate.
- Ensuring continuous compliance with employment laws and regulations.

**Change the Game KPIs**:

- Implement a data-driven workforce planning strategy that aligns with long-term business objectives.
- Develop and launch an innovative employee wellness programme that improves overall well-being and productivity.
- Create a diversity and inclusion initiative that significantly increases the representation of underrepresented groups.

**Qualifications and Experience**:

- Proven track record in a senior HR/people services management role, with extensive experience in all aspects of HR management.
- Excellent knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively and build positive relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
- Analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen eye for process improvement.
- Relevant qualification in Human Resources such as CIPD Level 7 or equivalent.
