**IT Recruitment Director - Data - London - City**

**Basic £75-85k OTE 145k+ uncapped + profit share**

- Manage and grow the existing sales team
- Client facing role : develop existing clients to full potential and win new business
- Operational management and management of sales pipeline
- Setting of budgets and strategy in line with company goals
- Integral role to be played in setting company strategy
- Technology areas cover : Software development, data analytics, digital and cyber
- The company has a real desire to open more of their European client base along with the UK base
- You must be ready to take ownership of a successful division and drive its growth
- Proven track record across the Technology marketplace

- Proven track record of driving and delivering growth
- Desire to win business and lead by example
- Excellent stakeholder engagement required
- Existing Team management experience is required
