Job title: Head of Growth and New Business
**Salary**: Circa £65,000.00
Location: L11 2SF (Hybrid)
This is a fantastic opportunity for a Head of Growth and New Business to work as part of Cobalt’s Leadership team to successfully implement the development strategy and ensure a high level of performance across the organisation. This includes working to develop strong and effective cross functional working initiatives and taking the lead on developing and implementing specific corporate initiatives.
The Head of Growth & New Business will support the Director of Development & Growth in identifying new opportunities including land acquisition, developer partnerships, public sector joint ventures and Section 106 opportunities to ensure that our pipeline and subsequent delivery programme achieves our agreed targets.
The Head of Growth & New Business will work as part of Cobalt’s Leadership team to successfully implement the development strategy and ensure a high level of performance across the organisation. This includes working to develop strong and effective cross functional working initiatives and taking the lead on developing and implementing specific corporate initiatives and representing the organisation with external and internal partners. The postholder will play a vital role within the risk management of development activity and will work diligently with the Head of Development to provide regular updates and assurances on risk management, audit and performance processes.
