As a Head of HR at Our Place Group, you will provide advisory, transactional, and operational support across the Group, working collaboratively with management at all sites.

You will support the management and Executive Team in delivering a first-class, professional advice to all employees, encompassing the whole employee lifecycle.

Some of the key tasks you will be involved in will include:

- Managing complex employee relations casework including dispute resolutions, disciplinaries, grievances and absence management
- Provide advice, support, and guidance to managers on the interpretation of employment legislation and HR practice
- Develop the capability of managers and supervisors to manage the teams effectively
- Produce HR reports and KPI’s
- Support the recruitment process
- Support the Management and Executive Team in the development and implementation of HR projects, that align the workforce with the strategic goals of the organisation
- Support the Management and Executive Team in the development of HR policies and procedures to drive performance and mitigate disputes.

**Qualifications/Work Experience**:

- Proven HR generalist experience, demonstrating success in previous roles
- CIPD Level 5 Qualified, Equivalent Qualifications will be considered
- Knowledge and understanding of HR practices
- Current knowledge and understanding of employment law
- Experience of HR systems
- Experience in the Care or Education sector is desirable

**Hours per Week**: Part time / Full Time - Flexible - can be discussed at interview Monday to Friday only

**Salary**:£30,000 + per annum - salary dependant an qualifications & experience.

**Experience**:

- Human Resources: 2 years (preferred)

Licence/Certification:
