We are seeking an accomplished and skilled trader to join our team as a Trading Instructor and Performance Evaluator. In this multifaceted role, you will have the chance to impart your knowledge to aspiring traders through engaging educational sessions while also assessing and optimising your own trading strategies.
**Qualifications and Background**
- Extensive practical experience in day trading, with a proven history of consistent profitability
- Deep understanding of technical analysis techniques, chart patterns, risk management principles, and trading strategies
- Familiarity with algorithmic trading (algotrading) methodologies is an asset
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex trading concepts clearly and compellingly
- Proficiency in using trading platforms, charting software, and data analysis tools
- A bachelor's degree in finance, economics, or a related field is preferred
**Key Responsibilities**
- Educational Sessions and Trader Development_
- Design and deliver comprehensive educational sessions for aspiring traders, covering topics such as market analysis, trading strategies, risk management, and the psychological aspects of trading
- Develop engaging and informative training materials, including presentations, videos, and interactive exercises
- Provide one-on-one coaching and mentorship to traders, addressing their specific questions and challenges
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends, news, and developments in the trading industry to ensure the educational content remains relevant and valuable
- Trading Performance Evaluation and Optimisation_
- Maintain detailed records of your own trading activities, including entry and exit points, risk management strategies, and overall performance metrics
- Analyze your trading performance using advanced data analysis tools and techniques
- Identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to enhance your trading profitability
- Share your trading performance insights and lessons learned with the trading community through educational sessions, blog posts, or other content formats
