We are looking for an experienced and passionate **Night Baker **to join a fantastic culinary team in our pastry kitchen at The Lanesborough.

**Key Requirements**

The ideal **Night Baker** would be able to demonstrate the following attributes:

- Previous experience within Bakery section at Chef de Partie level for a luxury level environment preferred.
- Experience with baking and patisserie to a high level of expertise preferred.
- Food Hygiene Level 2 preferred although not essential for commencement as will be certified with the company.
- Good command of the English language.
- This role requires an element of Manual Handling.
- This position involves working during the night and you must adhere to risk assessments and health and safety policies regarding health and medical checks.
