About the Role

We're looking for an experienced Night Baker to join our London production bakery. You will play a key role in crafting a wide variety of gluten-free artisan breads and contribute to the creativity, precision, and excellence that define Copains.

Working hours: Night shift, 21:00 to 06:00

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare and bake gluten-free sourdoughs, baguettes, and specialty breads
  • Manage all stages of production: mixing, shaping, fermentation, and baking
  • Ensure consistency, precision, and high-quality standards in every batch
  • Coordinate with pastry and viennoiserie teams to support smooth production flow
