We have an exciting opportunity for you to join us at Tunstall as an Financial Analyst

**Main Purpose of Role**:
Responsible for accounting, reporting and analysis, forecasting and support of monthly and annual financial reporting for a number of Group Functions
- All processes and procedures to be performed in line with agreed FSS process/SOP

**Principal tasks and responsibilities**:

- Ensure all monthly reporting for Group Functions is accurate and completed in line with monthly reporting timetable.
- Support the monthly overhead reporting process for Group Functions, ensuring reporting is accurate and timely.
- Provide stakeholders with all reporting and analysis as required, both on an ongoing and adhoc basis.
- Support the annual Business Plan and Business Plan update process for Group Functions
- Provide financial support in the forecasting and reporting of major projects, including ownership of the financial inputs for investment apprisals.
- Provide support to stakeholders on an ongoing and ad-hoc basis.
- Support any ad-hoc projects as required.
- Work in close consultation with the Group Support Finance team and the wider Finance Shared Service team in implementation of revised systems and processes.

**Knowledge, experience and skills required**:

- Part qualified or a studying accountant with experience of operating in a large business, ideally with exposure to financial analysis, reporting and project accounting.
- Commercially aware, with the ability to leverage finance knowledge to support the business when considering wider non-finance issues.
- Advanced Excel User (pivot tables, Vlookups, complex formula)
- Other Strong IT skills with efficient knowledge of Microsoft Word, Outlook as well as financial/CRM/ERP systems.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- An ability to work to tight deadlines and manage your workload effectively.
- You should be a team player but comfortable working under your own initiative.
- You should be good problem solver with great attention to detail.
- Lateral thinker who can work systematically and methodically through processes, with the ability to 'think outside the box' in identifying and developing solutions that benefit the business.
