We are seeking an experienced and highly professional Receptionist/Secretary to join the home office of a High Net Worth Individual (HNWI) in the prestigious location of Mayfair, London. This unique opportunity involves providing exceptional administrative support within an exclusive residential setting.
**Position Overview**:
**Responsibilities**:
- **Front Desk Management**:
- Welcome and assist guests with grace and professionalism.
- Manage phone calls and correspondence, handling inquiries and requests promptly.
- Maintain an impeccable appearance of the reception area.
- **Administrative Support**:
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to the HNWI and their personal affairs.
- Handle scheduling, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Coordinate events and manage special projects as needed.
- **Bilingual Communication**:
- Utilize bilingual proficiency to facilitate communication with French-speaking associates, guests, and vendors.
- Translate documents and correspondence as required.
- **Confidentiality and Discretion**:
- Exercise the utmost discretion in handling sensitive information.
- Ensure confidentiality and privacy in all aspects of the role.
**Qualifications**:
- Proven experience in a similar role, preferably in an HNWI or luxury environment.
- Impeccable organisational and multitasking abilities.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Tech-savvy with proficiency in office software and equipment.
- Ability to maintain a high level of professionalism and confidentiality.
**Salary**: From £25,000.00 per year
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
Supplemental pay types:
- Loyalty bonus

- Bachelor's (required)

- Secretary experience: 3 years (preferred)
