**Position: Office Manager & Auction Coordinator**
**About the Role**: We're seeking a dynamic individual to join our team in the role of Office Manager & Auction Coordinator. As a pivotal member of our organization, you'll work closely with the company owner, overseeing a spectrum of administrative tasks essential to the smooth functioning of our office and auction operations. Your role will encompass strategic planning, overseeing the team, and ensuring adherence to our high standards.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Manage day-to-day office operations, ensuring efficiency and organization.
- Collaborate with the company owner in strategizing for future auctions and events.
- Conduct regular team meetings, providing guidance and support to achieve company targets.
- Assist the company director across a spectrum of tasks, including administrative duties and event coordination.
**Work Pattern**:
- Permanent, Full-time position.
- Monday to Friday and typically one weekend every other month during events.
**Salary**:
- £25,000 + (dependent on experience)
**Requirements**:
Demonstrated strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail are essential.
A strong work ethic and adept customer service skills are highly valued.
- Excellent communication skills and proficient leadership abilities are necessary for success in this role.
