Paraplanner, Huddersfield, £30,000 - £40,000 dependent on your experience and level of Financial Serives examinations. Hybrid working available.

I am delighted to be working in partnership with a client who puts the interests of their clients at the heart of everything they do.

I am looking for an experienced and motivated Paraplanner to join a well established and vibrant team. Whilst the initial vacancy is for an experienced Paraplanner, there is also potential to progress to either a Financial Advisor or alternatively progressinto a Team leader type role if you so wish.

**Main duties and Responsibilities**:

- Working as part of a team alongside the Financial Advisors in order to provide Paraplanning support
- Preparing suitability reports for Pensions and Investment products
- Liaising with a variety of Product Providers, Solicitors and Lenders, obtaining all requested information in a timely and efficient manner
- Undertaking research to identify potential solutions to meet the client’s needs and objectives
- Working collaboratively with both the Financial Planners, and other Financial Support Staff to deliver wider business goals and team objectives

**Skills and Experience required**:

- You should have a minimum of 1 - 2 years experience working in a Paraplanning role
- You should be familiar with completing portfolio valuations, suitability letters and dealing with a variety of financial providers on a daily basis.
- You will ideally be Level 4 Diploma qualified or working towards this status. Alternatively, you will be able to demonstrate a good working knowledge across a range of products and have excellent Paraplanning experience
