As a Customer Service and Sales Support Representative, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring customer satisfaction and driving sales growth. Your primary responsibilities will include:

- Processing orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring timely delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Collaborating with the sales team to identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling products/services.
- Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, and inquiries.
- Providing product knowledge and technical support to customers as needed.
- Assisting with sales-related administrative tasks such as generating quotes, preparing reports, and updating customer databases.
- Contributing to a positive team environment by actively participating in team meetings, sharing feedback, and suggesting process improvements.

**Qualifications**:

- Previous experience in customer service, sales support, or a related field.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and prioritise tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- A positive attitude and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.
- A willingness to learn and adapt to changing business needs.
