37.5 hours per week - 52 weeks
Post: Sales Representative
Grade: (£28,000)
Responsible to: Senior Management
Location: Acton Street, Long Eaton

**Duties Include**:

- Making outbound calls to generate business
- Working with a sociable team in an open, light office environment
- Through making outbound calls to new leads, you will be seeking to generate new business and encourage sales
- Contact potential or existing customers to inform them about a product or service using scripts
- Keep records of calls and sales and note useful information
- Proven experience as telesales representative or other sales/customer service role
- Proven track record of successfully meeting sales quota preferably over the phone
- Good knowledge of relevant computer programs and telephone systems
- Ability to learn about products and services and describe/explain them to prospects
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Good organisation skills, prioritising and managing own time effectively
- Highly motivated team player
- A calm approachable manner, able to deal with problems in a professional and friendly manner, displaying tact and diplomacy as required

**Qualifications or Training**:
5 GCSE’s, including Mathematics and English at grade C or above
OR Professional IT equivalent qualification
