**THE AGENCY**

Our client is an independent recruitment agency specialising within Construction, the Built Environment and Engineering sectors across the UK and internationally.

**THE OPPORTUNITY**

The chance to join the business as the Head of the brand-with flexible office locations in Cheshire and Manchester, recruiting across the built environment (Construction, M&E - White or Blue collar)

You will have the support but autonomy to run the branch as you see fit and how it works best for you.

As well as being given a warm desk with continuous incoming business for your desk, you will be going out to win new client relationships, build and develop these relationships.

You will have the full guidance from the senior leadership team to grow the branch as efficiently as possible.

Once you have got things off the ground and steadily moving forward, you will have full autonomy to start building the team.

**ABOUT YOU**

You will have 3+ years agency recruitment experience across either Construction, M&E, Rail, Engineering (Blue collar or White collar).

Whether you are a Senior/Principal/Managing consultant OR currently a branch manager - this role could be suitable for you.

You will have the want and ambition to grow a team from the start and push to develop people working under you.

You will be a team player with a motivated and business focused attitude.

A want to succeed and a work smart, proactive outlook.
