Due to expansion, Pattinson Auctions have additional openings within our team. Our well-established brand, is continuing to expand, and we are looking for new members to help maintain growth.

Based in our modern office at Silverlink the role is designed to offer fantastic customer service levels to all clients.

Selling a property is the highest value transaction a person will make and is often one of the most stressful. We are looking for an experienced estate agent/ conveyancer to manage a sales pipeline from offer acceptance to completion. The sales progression team will work with solicitors, buyers, sellers, mortgage advisers and other estate agents in chains to ensure that the sales progress as quickly and as smoothly as possible.

The role will be based from our head office at Silverlink Business Park.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: From £22,000.00 per year
