We are seeking a dynamic and experienced sale progressor to join an already established team. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient progression of property sales from offer exchange of contracts through to completion. The role requires strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a thorough understanding of the auction sales process.

The sales progression team will work with solicitors, buyers, sellers, and other estate agents in chains to ensure that the sales progress as quickly and as smoothly as possible.

The ideal candidate will have a proven record either in estate agency or commercial conveyancing. You will need to be able to offer a high level of customer service, be able to prioritise tasks and work well under pressure.

The Person

We are seeking an experienced sales progressor with estate agency knowledge, who possesses the following qualities:

• Proven experience in a similar role in the property industry.
• In-depth knowledge of the auction sales process, including legal requirements and conveyancing procedures.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, with the confidence to liaise effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
• Analytical mindset with a focus on continuous improvement and problem-solving.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From £24,000.00 per year
