We have an exciting opportunity for a dynamic and enthusiastic individual to join our team within Housekeeping as Departmental Trainer.

**RESPONSIBILITIES & ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS**
- To carry departmental induction programmes for new starters to the required standards
- To train all new Housekeeping starters to the required standards and to monitor closely there after
- To prepare, implement and follow up on initial departmental training plans for new employees
- To review and update the departmental training plan and record on a monthly basis
- To carry out the required administration record for any training in the department
- To lead and manage Health & Safety policies for the department

**ENTRY REQUIREMENTS**
- Strong administrative skills
- Relevant experience in a 5* property is desirable
- Excellent customer service skills
- Possess the ability to work under pressure and have strong organisational skills
- Fluent in the English language, both spoken and written
- Display a polite and professional attitude to internal and external guests
