**About the person**:
**Requirements**:

- Degree educated or equivalent
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Highly motivated and driven
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Sales experience is desirable but not essential

**Expected earnings**:

- Year 1 - £30,000-£40,000
- Year 2 - £40,000-£50,000
- Year 3 - £50,000-£80,000+
