Who We're Looking For
We're seeking an ambitious Trainee / Graduate Recruitment Consultant who shares our values and is eager to grow within a dynamic, niche business. This is a unique opportunity to join at an exciting stage and be part of our continued success.
We're looking for driven individuals who are passionate about career growth and ready to unlock high earning potential. You'll need to bring strong work ethic and commitment-we'll provide full training, ongoing mentorship, and all the resources required to succeed.
From day one, you'll take ownership of a specialist market, giving you the freedom to build and develop it as your own. A proactive, entrepreneurial mindset will be a definite advantage.
This role combines business development, client relationship management, and consultative sales, offering a clear pathway to becoming a well-rounded recruitment expert.
What You'll Need
Excellent communication, resilience, and sales skills
Previous experience in a sales-focused or customer facing role
Confidence in working towards challenging targets and deadlines
Strong negotiation skills and the ability to build long-term client relationships
