**Job Summary**

**Responsibilities**
- Manage accounts payable processes, ensuring timely and accurate payments to suppliers.
- Maintain and update financial records using accounting software such as Sage, QuickBooks, or Xero.
- Assist in the preparation of financial reports and statements as required.
- Reconcile bank statements and monitor cash flow to ensure financial stability.
- Collaborate with other departments to resolve any discrepancies or issues related to accounts.
- Support the implementation of new accounting software or systems when necessary.
- Provide administrative support to the senior team as needed, including filing and documentation.

**Qualifications**
- Proven experience in an accounts administration role or similar position.
- Strong knowledge of accounts payable processes and financial reporting.
- Proficiency in accounting software, particularly Sage, QuickBooks, or Xero.
- Excellent attention to detail with strong organisational skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to liaise effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
- A relevant qualification in finance or accounting is desirable but not essential.

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: £12.00 per hour
