**About The Role**:
You will play a key role in executing and optimising multi-channel targeted marketing and loyalty assets to retain and grow our customer base - all of which need to be creative and engaging, whilst remaining consistent within our brand and guidelines.

The role is also to support the team with the integration and migration of all of our customer comms using Salesforce Marketing Cloud and making continuous improvements to our customer communications.

This position follows a hybrid model with a 4.5 day working week*. Our teams work from our vibrant head office in Bradford for three days and remotely for a day and a half, Monday to Friday.

Hilmore House, our head office, offers convenient amenities, including a subsidised on-site restaurant, coffee shop, convenience and sample store, a prayer room, free parking, and frequent company wide events and promotions.

Applicants should live within a reasonable commuting distance of our office.

Some of your responsibilities will include:

- Working closely with the in house design teams
- Assisting the team by creating internal assets such as media decks, presentations, and proposals
- Responding quickly to reactive briefs

**About You**:
For this role, we’re looking for someone who is:

- Degree level or equivalent education in a design or digital based discipline
- Previous experience with Adobe Suite
- Able to work as part of a team and collaborate with others
- Excellent communication and time management
- Good organisational and problem-solving skills with the ability to multi-task
- Work at pace and to tight deadlines
- Experience in HTML and CSS, motion graphics and video editing would be desirable but not required
