**Who are we?**

CPL started reactivating industrial spent activated carbon in 2013, and a significant expansion of this capacity was completed in early 2018, making it one of the largest industrial regeneration facilities in Europe. At the same time, we set up a completely separate facility for the reactivation of potable spent adsorbents, to allow us to supply our products and services to the municipal water and food production industries. In 2020, this facility achieved both Halal and Kosher accreditation.

**The role**:
You will be responsible for two Process Plant Operators covering two Carbon Regeneration Plants on our site in Immingham.

You would be expected to take control of the overall Health & Safety of your shift, including permit writing, submitting hazard/incident/accident reports, completing audits and safety checks and ensuring your team are working safely during their shifts.

It would be down to you to ensure communication is maintained between other shifts, as the team leader you will conduct thorough hand overs at the beginning and end of every shift alongside attending daily meetings with management.

The Team Leaders are critical in operations running smoothly, you will check consumable items for re-order, controlling PPM work, monitor the quality off the plant, ensure Plant Process Operators have been briefed about the days running order and solve any problems that may arise on your shift, including making difficult decisions.

4 days, 4 off, 4 nights - 12 hour shifts with annual leave. Quarterly and yearly bonuses.

**Required Experience**:
Forklift license

Driving license

Plant operating experience

Leadership experience

**Salary**: £34,650 during probationary period (6 months), rising to £38,480 once out of the probationary period.
