**Maintenance Assistant**

At Exentec Hargreaves, we’re specialists in mechanical HVAC systems—and our factory is the heart of what we do. We're looking for a dedicated Part-Time Maintenance Person to help keep our site safe, clean, and running smoothly.

**About the Role**:
You’ll be supporting our Maintenance Manager with the day-to-day upkeep of our busy manufacturing facility. It’s a varied, hands-on role that requires someone who takes pride in their work and thrives on keeping things ticking behind the scenes.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- General caretaking duties throughout the facility
- Basic repair and DIY work (e.g., fixing doors, changing light bulbs)
- Maintenance of office and kitchen areas
- Keeping all walkways clear and free from obstruction
- Performing routine health & safety checks (e.g., fire extinguishers, emergency exits)
- Minor decorating or touch-ups (painting, small repairs)
- Assisting with furniture moves and equipment set-up
- Monitoring cleaning and hygiene standards in shared areas

**What We're Looking For**:
Someone practical, proactive, and reliable. You should be comfortable using basic tools, have an eye for detail, and be ready to step in wherever needed. If you enjoy a role where no two days are the same, this could be the perfect fit.
