We are looking for a Supporter Relations Officer to join our busy Supporter Services team. As part of a team, you will be helping us to provide consistent high-quality service in a proactive, responsive and customer-focused way. You must have proven complaint handling experience, outstanding communication skills, an eye for detail, and understand the importance of record keeping.

Your contractual location will be our head office in Swindon. We are currently working a hybrid pattern with expectation of 1-2 days in the office per week, with the remaining days at a flexible location.

You will help identify areas for service improvement, as well as writing complaints handling guidance for wider audiences. You’ll also ensure that we are keeping an accurate up-to-date record of all correspondence on our Customer Relationship Management system.
