**Job Summary**

**Duties**
- Monitor and patrol designated areas to prevent and detect signs of intrusion or suspicious activity.
- Operate and maintain CCTV systems to ensure effective surveillance of premises.
- Conduct regular inspections of property, equipment, and personnel to ensure compliance with security protocols.
- Respond promptly to alarms and incidents, providing first aid when necessary.
- Assist in loss prevention efforts by identifying potential theft or damage risks.
- Prepare detailed reports on daily activities, incidents, and any breaches of security.
- Collaborate with local law enforcement when required and provide support during investigations.
- Maintain a visible presence to deter criminal activity while offering assistance to visitors and staff.

**Skills**
- Proficient in operating CCTV systems and other surveillance equipment.
- Strong understanding of loss prevention techniques and strategies.
- Excellent observational skills with the ability to remain alert at all times.
- Knowledge of first aid procedures and emergency response protocols.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to interact effectively with diverse individuals.
- Ability to remain calm under pressure and make quick decisions in emergency situations.
- A high level of integrity and professionalism in all interactions.
