**Summary**

As an apprentice you’ll work at the company, and get hands on experience, you’ll gain new skills, and work alongside experienced staff

This is a physically demanding role, where you will be expected to work outdoors in varying weather conditions, and early mornings

We’re looking for someone with a strong work ethic and attention to detail, a positive attitude, good communication skills, and a passion for the outdoors.

**Responsibilities**
- Assist in the maintenance of the golf course, including mowing, irrigation, and landscaping tasks.
- Utilize hand tools and power tools safely and effectively for various groundskeeping duties.
- Participate in the setup and maintenance of course features such as bunkers and greens.
- Learn to identify and address issues related to turf health and landscape aesthetics.
- Support the team in seasonal projects, including planting and garden upkeep.

**Requirements**:

- A keen interest in horticulture or landscape maintenance is preferred.
- Strong willingness to learn and develop skills in groundskeeping.

**Job Type**: Apprenticeship
