Are you an experienced support practitioner, skilled in aiding adults with autism?

Would you appreciate having every second weekend off?

This role involves providing support to an individual on a 2:1 bases who is on the autism spectrum. The team will provide a nurturing environment to the individual where you can truly make a difference.

Your daily responsibilities will revolve around empowering individuals to engage in activities they enjoy, fostering independence, assisting with personal care, integrating them into the community, and aiding with household tasks. Anticipate exploring the local area, ensuring each day is fulfilling for everyone involved.
