**Job purpose**

If ABCA sounds like the right place for you, we would love you to join our team within the Service Department. You will be working as the representative of various large social housing landlords, carrying out regular (monthly/weekly) non-technical fire safety system inspections of multi dwelling properties. The goal is to ensure that all systems in residential properties are functional and sufficient for the type of property being inspected.

**Duties and responsibilities**
- To regularly inspect all buildings, undertaking fire alarm, emergency lighting, fire door and general premises checks.
- Be able to identify all important fire safety aspects of this role
- Be able to use the in house CRM to complete all jobs through the company PDA
- Make sure all work is up to date and recorded accordingly
- Working on own ensuring 100% completion on a daily basis
- Be able to Identify any issues on site and follow the correct reporting procedure

**Qualifications and Experience**
- Previous experience in fire safety would be an advantage
- Previous experience using CRM systems, specifically CASH for windows

**Other Information**

This a permanent role we are offering based in the Cumbria Area.

The rate of pay we are offering is wage is between £9.50 - £13 paid hourly, depending on experience, based on a 40-hour week.

A van and company mobile phone will be provided.
