This is a REMOTE role so you can work at home or in one of their many offices nationwide. Your new role will offer you: " Annually salary of £40,000 " 25 days holiday " Mileage " Annual paid training offered " Multiple avenues for Personal Development The role of AREA MANAGER you would be expected to: " To lead the daily management of Housing Officers " To promote high tenancy management standards in line with direction from the Tenancy Services Manager, internal policies and procedure and regulatory standards " Establishing good working relationships with care/support providers " Establishing collaborative relationships with Local Authority contacts " Working with the Operational Team to ensure the GHB and ISC collection is collected " Working with the Tenancy Services Manager to explore news ways of working within tenancy management To be successful in this role you will need to " : Knowledge of the social housing sector with a particular focus on tenancy management " Knowledge of tenancy law " Experience of team management If you are interested in this role and would like to hear about it in more detail please get in contact with Gerry on or at.
