Apply now and define the future of workWhat this job can offer youThis is an exciting time to join Remote and make a personal difference in the global employment space in Employee Lifecycle Operations, by joining our Employee Lifecycle team.As a Lifecycle Senior Specialist (OHS), you will ensure that all activities related to the occupational health and safety of employees are performed effectively, compliantly, and on time across multiple countries supported by Remote. You will be responsible for identifying, engaging, and managing vendor partnerships, driving the contracting processes, and be in charge of rolling out all events related to health and safety across the globe for Remote’s employees.You will be reporting to Employee Lifecycle Manager.What you bringSignificant work experience in a digital environmentOperational experience with processes covering multiple countriesExperience scouting, onboarding, and/or managing vendors and partnersAbility to quickly engage and support external employees and vendors across multiple countriesGood analytical skills, ability to map processesTeam player who works independently and communicates proactively and positivelyA growth and problem-solving mindset. You can shift tasks and priorities when circumstances change and do so quickly and effectivelyWrites and speaks fluent English.
