**Excellent opportunity We are seeking an individual with previous trade experience to take on the role of Trade Counter Area Support and join our team** **across our West London depots.**

**This role will suit someone who holds trade counter experience and is looking for the next step toward Depot Management.**

**Skills and Experience**:

- Full and clean driving licence and own vehicle **(required)**:

- Trade counter experience; interacting with walk-in customers and being proactive on the phone.
- Calm under pressure.
- Organised and structured approach to work and tasks.
- Eye for detail and works to the highest standards.
- Lead by example and follow process and procedure
- Experience of building/construction products and windows and doors desirable but not essential.
- Ability to plan and organise own workload.
- Ability to work as a member of a team and on own initiative.
- A thorough understanding of health and safety practices
- Proficient IT skills
- Forklift licence **desirable** but full training will be given.
