Working Hours: 0800 - 1700 Monday - Friday

**About us and the role**

Kelvelec Electrical Supplies Ltd is an established Electrical Distributor based on the outskirts of Kelvedon. We supply our national customer base with electrical equipment on a next day service utilising the courier and haulage network. Industry specific knowledge is not required and training will be provided.

Reporting to the Operations Manager, we have an exciting opportunity for a new full time and permanent Sales Administrator to join our small friendly team working 40 hours a week in our Operations Office.

For this new member of our team the duties and responsibilities include, but are not restricted to:

- Creating/amending new sales orders
- Generating courier bookings
- Haulier liaison
- Updating customer database
- Maintaining company spreadsheets
- Supporting our Accounts Manager with credit control
- Assist with goods received reconciliation
- Assist with customer returns
- Sales enquires by phone
- Experience of this or a similar role is preferred but not essential. However, a can-do attitude and willingness to learn are.
- Confident telephone manner and effective communication skills both internally and externally.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Exel and Outlook is essential.
- Ability to work to close deadlines and take ownership of the role.
- Good numeracy skills.

Whilst we are located close to Kelvedon we are 1.5 - 2 miles from the nearest public transport and therefore recommend you have your own means of transportation.
