**This is a great opportunity to join a successful team who are making a big impression in the Energy sector. I am recruiting a Sales Administrator in Colchester, to assist the Sales Team and Head of Sales with contract related administration and interactionwith their suppliers.**
**What you will be doing as Sales Administrator?**:
- Receive and coordinate price requests from the Sales Team; set up with the suppliers, update CRM system
- Input, analysis, and production of quote documents on behalf of the Sales Team
- Complete all administration requirements in relation to the Sales function, including locking in contracts
- Manage sales related queries from internal and external parties where applicable
- Manage the Sales Dashboards to assist Team with reporting expectations
- Phone answering
- Obtain all required information pertaining to new business (HH data, contract details) which may involve speaking with customers and suppliers
- Carry out data analysis and problem solving
- Assist with end of month figures for internal and external parties
- Working through spreadsheets to data cleanse, and data entry.
**Essential Skills & Experience**:
- You may have previous experience working as: Sales Support, Sales Coordinator, Sales Administrator
- Strong numeracy skills
- Sage CRM knowledge
- Demonstrate a 'can do attitude' and go that 'extra mile'.
- Team Player who will fit into the ethos.
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Ability to manage / organise own workload, particularly under periods of high volume.
- Meticulous attention to detail, particularly in time pressured situations.
