An exciting new role for a Business Analyst to join the team and help to drive innovation and change within its Global Payroll division.
The Business Analyst will work with Global Payroll colleagues to understand their challenges to deliver exceptional service to its clients. In order to meet these challenges, we are keen to explore new technology and processes and the Business Analyst willengage with multi-disciplinary teams across the company, including Robotics, Automation and IT to identify solutions and deliver these efficiently and on time.
**Responsibilities**:
- The Global Payroll Business Analyst will need to understand client's requirements and objectives and be able to document current processes as well as future ways of working, identifying any gaps and where technical solutions are required ensuring theseare clearly specified.
- The Business Analyst will work with teams across the company including robotics, automation and AI as well as external suppliers, as required, in order to identify the appropriate solution, ensure it is clearly documented, reviewed, approved and implementedin line with the proposed delivery schedule.
- Additional responsibilities could include working with our local in country service partners as well as clients to document requirements and propose solutions to support the delivery of services from Global Payroll.
- Experience of running process reviews, gap analysis and documenting processes as well as being able to clearly define technical solution specifications is required as well as proven history of implementation of process improvements.
