**Location**: Kirkby in Ashfield
**Pay Rate**: £11.44 per hour

**Active Personnel** are currently recruiting a **Sanding Operative** to work for our client on a temp -perm basis in Kirkby in Ashfield.

**Package**:

- **£11.44 per hour**:

- **Monday - Thursday, 7:00 am - 5:15 pm**:

- Free car parking

**The Role**:
As a Sanding Operative, your primary responsibilities will include:

- Prepping MDF and timber prior to painting.
- Sanding painted surfaces in between each coat to ensure a smooth, high-quality finish.
- Maintaining a clean and tidy workspace.
- Following all Health & Safety procedures at all times.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality work.
- Ability to work efficiently to meet production schedules.
- Flexibility to undertake a variety of tasks as needed.
- Good understanding of workplace health and safety requirements.
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team.

**Working Hours**:

- **Monday to Thursday, 7:00 am - 5:15 pm**

**Job Types**: Full-time, Temp to perm
Contract length: 12 weeks

Pay: £11.44 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
