- **Working Days: MON - FRI (Overtime if required)Shift Pattern: Shift pattern ranges from 6.00AM - 17.00PM. This may change to meet the company needs. Typically, and 8 hour working day.**

**Key responsibilities**
- Sanding, cleaning, and masking surfaces to ensure proper adhesion.
- Ensuring paints and coatings match specifications or customer requirements.
- Cleaning and maintaining spray guns, nozzles, and other tools for efficient operation.
- Inspecting painted surfaces for smoothness, even coverage, and any imperfections.
- Cleaning, degreasing, and pre-treating metal surfaces before coating.
- Managing curing ovens to ensure proper adhesion and finish of the coating.
- Switching powders and thoroughly cleaning equipment to prevent contamination.
- Verifying the quality of the coating and performing touch-ups as needed.
- Adherence to Safety Standards
- Understanding client requirements and ensuring finished products meet these standards.

**Skills required**
- Paint Spraying experience required
- Powder Coating experience required
- Adherence to Safety Standards
- Following workplace safety procedures and using personal protective equipment (PPE).
- Reading Blueprints or Specifications
- FLT License required but not essential

Pay: £11.50-£12.75 per hour
