**Recruitment Coordinator - West Yorkshire**

We are seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Recruitment Coordinator to join our client a growing Manufacturing business in West Yorkshire.

**About the Role**:
**Key Responsibilities as Recruitment Coordinator**:

- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand recruitment needs and job requirements.
- Advertise job openings on various platforms and manage job postings.
- Liaise with external recruitments agencies where required.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews.
- Assist in preparing offer letters, employment contracts, and onboarding documents.

**About You**:

- Proven experience in recruitment, HR, or a related field.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented and proactive in problem-solving.
- Familiarity with CRM databases and other recruitment tools is an advantage.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: £23,000.00-£25,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Wakefield: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- Recruiting: 2 years (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- Driving Licence (preferred)

Work Location: In person
