**Job summary**
**Make a measurable difference by coordinating innovative, digitally enabled health promotion initiatives that reduce health inequalities, and bring preventative care closer to where people live and work.**
This role is ideal if you thrive on variety, value collaboration, and enjoy turning ideas into action. You'll be the key link between practices, commissioners, clinical teams, partners, and patients working to maximise uptake of our health promotion programmes and to ensure a high-quality, inclusive patient experience.
Interviews will take place on 2nd, 3rd, and 5th September.

The post will evolve as we develop our services, but you will be required to coordinate these workstreams (further details in the Job Description):

**Job responsibilities**
You'll coordinate impactful health promotion programmes including NHS Health Checks, Workplace Health Checks, and Lung Cancer Screening ensuring they run smoothly, meet quality standards, and deliver real benefits to patients and communities.
Working closely with clinical leads, business development, and performance teams, you'll be the operational engine behind these services coordinating operations, engaging stakeholders, supporting frontline staff, and using data to drive improvement.
To excel in this role, you will need to bring outstanding organisational and project coordination abilities, confidence with digital tools, a talent for building effective relationships across diverse teams and settings, and hands-on experience in primary care, community health or health promotion.
This is a key role in improving population health by bringing preventative services closer to communities and workplaces.

**Qualifications**
**Essential**
- Level 5 or above management qualification / equivalent experience.
- Project management or service improvement training / equivalent experience.
- Evidence of continuous development and of acquiring new skills/knowledge.
**Desirable**
- Digital skills training
**Experience**
**Essential**
- Experience liaising and building relationships with professional colleagues, partners, employers, or commissioners.
- Competent in using clinical systems and digital health platforms (e.g., SystmOne, EMIS, AccuRx).
- Demonstrated ability to coordinate and deliver clinics or health events, managing logistics, schedules, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
- Experience of working successfully within community or primary care.
- Experience of delivering Health Promotion initiatives.
- Experience contributing to service development, innovation, and using patient feedback to inform improvements.
- Experience setting up and maintaining efficient systems to support service delivery and quality improvement.
**Desirable**
- Experience supporting recruitment, onboarding, staff scheduling, or training.
- Experience working with commissioners or managing.
- Contract/performance reporting.
