Trainee Recruitment Consultant / Recruitment Consultant / Senior Recruitment 'Consultant / Recruitment Manager (Entry level to Billing Manager level)
My Product Path & Ardor Talent are a boutique recruitment company who are growing significantly due to a number of major client wins. We are looking for 3x consultants of all levels from Recruitment to Management / Director level to join out organisation. We currently have Product, Technology and Financial Services divisions and are based in Loudwater, Buckinghamshire which is easily accessible via the M40, Beaconsfield, Gerrards Cross, Chalfont St Peter, Slough, Watford, St Albans etc.
We are looking for consultants of varied levels to join the Product, Financial Services Division & Technology divisions. We are now at 10 people looking to go to 12.
Software - we have proprietary SaaS products we sell to the recruitment sector in addition to core recruitment so your role will be varied & due to how quick we are growing exciting.

**The role**:
**Responsibilities**
- Business development - acquiring new clients via a variety of business development methods
- Competently negotiate commercials with new clients
- Manage the client's needs and expectations
- Maintaining strong relationships in the market
- Working to improve recruitment efficiency
**Background**:
- Desire - have a degree or you do not have a degree, it makes no difference to us but what means a lot is being goal orientated & having a strong desire to succeed

**Compensation & Opportunity**:
- Competitive salary with a commission structure which maxes at 35% and NO THRESHOLD
- Opportunity to earn equity within the business - yes we believe that with you coming on a journey with us that you should be rewarded with equity given you hit certain targets
- Clear cut career progression, we are in need for at least 3 people to make management / Director level within the business
**Salary**: £22,000.00-£100,000.00 per year
