Internal Communications and Marketing Manager | Professional Services | Cheshire
My client is a dynamic and rapidly growing consulting firm based in Cheshire, they are highly regarded within their specialist sector. They are looking to recruit an exceptional Internal Communications and Marketing Manager to grow this innovative and highlysuccessful team. In this newly created position you will define and develop all aspects of internal communications and engagement whilst supporting PR and external communications, campaigns and events that differentiate the firm from their competitors.
Key Responsibilities:
Internal communications - deliver and evolve the overall Internal Comms strategy
Content Management - collating knowledge and content from across the Consulting Team in order to provide a differentiator in the firms offering
Website - maintain the website in partnership with external design agencies ensuring it is both positioned appropriately and optimised for search.
PR - provide support to expand PR activity, including industry awards and external events.
Engagement and reporting - manage the process end-to end, working with the HR Director to improve engagement methods and reporting.
Social Media - Create a campaign plan for social media activity
Events - Plan a programme of events as required
Essential requirements for the role:

- Proven track record of internal communications within professional services or business services
- strong stakeholder management skills
- Understanding of website content management systems
- Mailchimp, HubSpot, WordPress, InDesign, LinkedIn and Microsoft Office.
- Experience developing and implementing social media strategy on Linkedin
- Managing external suppliers
- Copywriting experience
- Relevant qualification in Marketing
