Internal Communications/Project Manager

Are you passionate about creating engaging communications that drive change and inspire colleagues? We’re looking for an Internal Communications Manager – Projects to lead the development and delivery of internal communications across our strategic portfolio of programmes and projects. This is a full time permanent role with and we are looking for someone to be based within an hours commute of our head office in Widnes as you will need to attend the office at least once a week with occasional fully expensed regional or national travel as and when required.
You can work your full-time hours over 4 days and enjoy a long weekend or work over 5 days to accommodate your other commitments.
Hybrid Working Expect to be in our North West office one or two days a week, with the remainder working from home.

As our internal communications lead for transformation projects, you’ll:
Lead and deliver all internal communications for our strategic portfolio, creating compelling plans and content that engage colleagues across the organisation.
Partner with senior leaders and project teams to ensure communications align with our corporate narrative and support organisational objectives.
Champion change communications, guiding colleagues through transformation and celebrating success stories.
Manage communication channels and devise creative campaigns that reach diverse audiences across multiple locations.
Measure impact, reporting on engagement and effectiveness to senior management.
Creative and forward-thinking with high integrity and accountability.
Professional qualification in Communications or Marketing (preferred).
Proven experience in creating and implementing change communications plans within a values-driven organisation.
Strong track record of delivering engaging communications for complex projects and diverse stakeholder groups.
Skilled at building relationships and managing competing priorities.
