My client is a leading distributor of floor coverings to residential, office, and healthcare businesses and customers both nationwide and across Europe. With suppliers across the globe, the company is rapidly expanding their business and looking for a MarketingManager to join their team to support with all their B2B Marketing functions
This role will suit a confident and driven Marketing professional who has experience across both Digital and Traditional Marketing and loves to get their hands dirty.
**Reporting to the Head of Marketing, you will**:

- Collaborate with the HoM to develop a B2B Marketing strategy
- Manage and develop your direct reports: 3x Marketing Assistants and a Graphic Designer
- Produce content for printed publications, videos, newsletters, and social media
- Manage press releases
- Strategise, execute, and analyse product launches across all Marketing channels
- Brief and liaise with agencies for any outsourced marketing
- Analyse, report on, and monitor digital marketing data in line with innovations and trends
- Plan, execute, and measure events
- Have a minimum of 5 years experience in Marketing
- Be able to work under pressure to tight deadlines
- Hold a degree in Marketing, or have a relevant qualification
- Have a strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office products - specifically Word, Powerpoint, and Excel
- Be a data driven individual
