We are looking for a Front of House Business Administrator to join us at one of our newest clients based in Romsey where their focus is on transforming businesses and organisations across all sectors by bringing the physical and digital worlds together.
As a Front of House Business Administrator you are an integral part of the team and you can make an impact with your skills to protect, deter and respond to any security matters, whilst providing an exceptional customer service experience.

**A typical day in the life as a Front of House Business Administrator**:
- To provide a professional front of house reception service and administrative support for all Business Units.
- Support the booking of Woking site visitors, highlighting on sites health and safety procedures to incoming guest including badging and contacting hosts.
- Answer and refer switchboard phone calls.
- Support and manage meeting room bookings, including providing stationery and refreshments for meetings where required.
- Undertake other reasonable duties, commensurate with the job holder's experience and qualifications, as may be required for the smooth operation of the Roke Business.
- Organisation of Internal and external meetings, provide data, take & monitor actions on database/SharePoint sites.
- Organisation and booking of Domestic travel.
- Arranging internal and external meetings.
- Supporting events, exhibitions, recruitment fairs, and large workshops.
